Booking and Cancellation Policy
We are by appointment only. All appointments must be booked online. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking - this is applied towards your service.
You have read and understood all of the information on the "Before Your Appointment", "After Care" and "Policies" pages on this website prior to booking your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred toward a future appointment if:

You are a no-show.

You are more than 20 minutes late (as all appointments are booked back-to-back).

You fail to give 72 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment for any reason.

You fail to follow pre-appointment instructions or read through the contraindications list.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so online via our website, by giving us a call, or by sending us an email any time up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of your deposit. A new deposit will need to be made in order to book another appointment. No Exceptions.
Studio Policy
Pricing is subject to change at any time without notification. However, the price at the time of your booking will always be honored.
All payments are due the day of procedure. We accept only cash and major debit/credit cards. We do not accept checks or offer payment plans.
We have a no refund policy. If you are worried about the possibility of an allergic reaction to the adhesive, pigment or skin care product, please request a patch test.
Guests and children are not allowed in the treatment area. If you have any medical conditions please contact your physician and obtain a medical release prior to booking.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in correction, you MUST consult with us PRIOR to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results for such cases and we must evaluate whether or not your eyebrows are workable.
The Perfecting Touch-Up cannot be scheduled sooner than 6 weeks from your initial session to ensure that your skin is fully healed and regenerated. This touch-up appointment is highly recommended for best results.
RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. While we offer the highest degree of detail and dedication to our procedures, we unfortunately have no control over other factors that affect the healing process. For example, the care of your brow or scalp tattoo and how your skin heals and retains pigment will greatly contribute to the final results. Therefore, Brows By Bach offers no guarantee for healed results.
